If you are a patient of the Prescott Surgery medical practice and would like to help the practice as part of our patient liaison group we would welcome new members, especially from younger age groups.

The group meets once a month for a two hour planning meeting to assist the practice in a number of ways. These have included to date campaigns to promote health issues such as flu vaccinations, shingles, dementia awareness, to promote the use of on-line services and conducting patient surveys to establish what is good or not so good about services provided. The objective of the group is to help the practice maintain or improve its services and to offer a point of liaison between patients and the practice.

A high standard of confidentiality is essential.

If you feel that you can help then please apply to Practice Manager Nicolas Storey for an application form. Membership of the group is limited to 15 members of all ages.
